Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
You arrive into Entebbe (or Kampala) early morning. After breakfast, transfer by road (or small charter flight, if preferred) to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Buhoma or Rushaga sector depending on permit availability). The drive will take much of the day; you will witness changing landscapes — rolling hills, tea plantations, forested valleys.
Arrive in the late afternoon, settle into your lodge, enjoy dinner as the forest comes alive — the chirps, forest mist, the ambience. Relax, rest, prepare for trekking the next day.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
Wake early, have a hearty breakfast, then meet with the Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers for briefing. Embark on your gorilla trek: amid dense mountain forest, steep slopes or gentle trails (depending on sector) you will hike until you find your gorilla family.
Spend up to one hour observing them in wild habitat — their behavior, play, feeding, social structure. Return to lodge, lunch, maybe a short nature walk / batwa community visit in the afternoon. Dinner, stargazing, forest sounds.

Day 3: Optional Second Gorilla Trek or Cultural / Wildlife
If you’ve permitted and desire, do a second trek in a different gorilla family or another sector for varied scenery (e.g. searching for habituated vs less-frequented groups).
Alternatively, use this day to recover: enjoy forest walks, bird watching, visit local Batwa communities to learn about local culture and conservation. Catch a waterfall walk, relax at lodge, enjoy spa (if lodge offers), or simply sit on your balcony watching forest mist drift.

Day 4: Return to Kampala / Departure
After breakfast, begin your return journey to Kampala or fly if you arranged a charter. Along the way you may stop for snacks, purchase local crafts, take scenic photos. Arrive in time depending on your departure flight or onward plans.
