Day 5: Walking Safari & Night Game Drive in Ruaha
Start your day with an early morning walking safari, guided by an armed ranger and expert tracker. This up-close experience lets you explore Ruaha’s ecosystem on foot, learning about animal tracks, plants, birdlife, and the subtle signs of the wild that are often missed from a vehicle.
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning at the lodge or an optional short game drive. In the evening, head out on an exhilarating night game drive, a rare opportunity to witness nocturnal wildlife such as genets, bush babies, civets, hyenas, and possibly leopards.
