Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcome with our Professional Safari Guide who will brief you about your safari program and transferred to the West Kilimanajaro at Osiligilai Maasai Lodge.

Day 2: Scenic Drive Through Maasai Land to Lake Natron
After breakfast, begin your adventure with a scenic drive across the heart of Maasai Land, where open savannahs teem with wildlife and the landscape unfolds in dramatic beauty. Your journey takes you through the Enduimet Wildlife Management Area, a hidden gem behind Arusha National Park and the majestic Mount Meru, offering stunning views and chances to spot giraffes, zebras, and other plains game.
Continue past traditional Maasai villages and into the Longido Game Controlled Area, rich in both culture and nature. As you descend into the Great Rift Valley, the scenery shifts dramatically, revealing the surreal beauty of Lake Natron, home to thousands of flamingos, and the imposing silhouette of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, the sacred Maasai volcano. Upon arrival, check in at Maasai Giraffe Eco Lodge, nestled at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. Relax and soak in the views after an epic day.

Days 3: Full-Day Adventure at Lake Natron
Begin your day with a peaceful morning walk to explore the surreal beauty of Lake Natron, known for its striking salt flats and large flocks of flamingos soaring gracefully across the water. The vibrant birds and dramatic landscape offer an unforgettable scene perfect for photography and quiet reflection.
After soaking in the views, return to the lodge for a delicious lunch and a short break to relax and recharge. In the late afternoon, set out once more on a scenic evening walk to the nearby waterfalls, where cool, clear waters cascade down rocky cliffs—a refreshing end to a day full of nature and exploration.

Day 4: Journey to Serengeti via the Rift Valley
Leave Lake Natron behind and embark on a scenic drive along the Great Rift Valley escarpment, taking in breathtaking views as you make your way toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park.
Travel through the remote and wildlife-rich Loliondo Game Reserve, entering Serengeti via the Eastern Gate. After completing park entry formalities, begin your evening game drive, where you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and more as the sun dips over the savannah.
This golden hour safari offers incredible photography opportunities and a perfect welcome to Serengeti’s vast wilderness. After the drive, head to your accommodation at Lobo Wildlife Lodge, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Day 5 & 6: Explore Central Serengeti and Balloon Safari
Spend two unforgettable days exploring the heart of the Central Serengeti, renowned for its endless plains, abundant wildlife, and classic African landscapes.
On Day 5, enjoy full-day game drives, tracking the Big Five and observing the dramatic interactions of predators and prey. Keep your eyes out for lions lounging in the grasslands, cheetahs on the hunt, and herds of wildebeest and zebra migrating across the plains.
On Day 6, begin the morning with a magical hot air balloon safari, floating silently above the Serengeti at sunrise—a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive & Transfer to Lake Eyasi
Start your day by descending into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive in one of the most wildlife-dense areas on Earth. This natural wonder, formed from a collapsed volcano, is home to an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino.
The scenery is breathtaking, with lush landscapes and a serene soda lake at its center. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before continuing your exploration. In the late afternoon, exit the crater and begin your journey to Lake Eyasi, a remote and culturally rich destination.
Arrive in the evening and settle in for overnight at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge, ready for a new adventure tomorrow.

Day 8: Cultural Encounters at Lake Eyasi & Transfer to Karatu
Begin your day at Lake Eyasi with an unforgettable cultural experience. Spend the morning with the Hadzabe tribe, one of Tanzania’s last remaining hunter-gatherer communities. Join them on a traditional hunt and learn about their ancient survival skills.
Later, visit the Datoga tribe, known for their blacksmithing and pastoral lifestyle. Gain insight into their customs, craftsmanship, and unique way of life. In the afternoon, meet local fishermen along the lake’s shores and observe their traditional fishing methods passed down through generations.
After this rich cultural journey, depart Lake Eyasi and head to Karatu, a lush highland town near Ngorongoro. Arrive in the evening and enjoy a relaxing overnight stay

Day 9: Elephant Cave Hike & Iraqw Coffee Experience
After breakfast at the lodge, depart for a scenic hike through the lush Ngorongoro Highland forest. Enjoy the cool mountain air and rich biodiversity as you make your way to the fascinating Elephant Cave, a natural site where elephants and other animals visit to dig for mineral-rich soil.
Along the trail, keep an eye out for birds, monkeys, and other forest wildlife. After exploring the cave and surrounding forest, return to the foothills and head to Tloma Village for an authentic coffee experience with the Iraqw tribe.
Learn about their traditional farming practices, join in the roasting process, and enjoy a fresh cup of local Arabica coffee. Return to the lodge in the evening to relax and unwind. at Farm of Dreams Lodge, surrounded by gardens and serenity.

Day 10: Full-Day Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park
Spend the day exploring the stunning and diverse Lake Manyara National Park, a hidden gem nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Begin your full-day game drive through a variety of landscapes—from lush groundwater forests to open grassy plains and the alkaline lake itself.
Keep your eyes open for the park’s famous tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, elephants, and abundant birdlife, including thousands of flamingos that line the lake’s edge. Enjoy a picnic lunch in a scenic spot within the park, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Day 11: Canoeing on Lake Manyara & Village Experience in Mto wa Mbu

Day 12: Journey to Tarangire – The Land of Elephants and Baobabs
After breakfast at Boma Lodge, depart for the spectacular Tarangire National Park, often called a true “garden of elephants” due to its large population of these majestic animals.
As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by sweeping savannahs dotted with iconic baobab trees, ancient and towering like natural monuments. Enjoy an amazing game drive, where you may encounter herds of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and an incredible variety of birdlife. The park’s peaceful beauty and fewer crowds make for an intimate safari experience.
As the sun sets, head to your accommodation at Tarangire Safari Lodge, perched on a bluff with breathtaking views of the Tarangire River. Settle in and prepare for more adventures on your second day in the park.

Day 13: Southern Tarangire & Silale Swamp Exploration
After a peaceful night at Tarangire Safari Lodge, set out for a full-day game drive focusing on the lesserexplored southern side of Tarangire National Park. This region offers a more remote and wild safari experience, with fewer vehicles and untouched landscapes.
One of the highlights of the day is the Silale Swamp, a lush, water-rich area that attracts large herds of elephants, buffalo, and a variety of bird species. Predators such as lions and leopards are often found nearby, drawn by the abundance of prey.
As you navigate the winding tracks and open plains, enjoy the solitude and beauty of this unique ecosystem. Return to Tarangire Safari Lodge in the evening to unwind and enjoy the sunset over the savannah.

Day 14: Final Game Drive in Tarangire & Return to Arusha
Enjoy a half-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, soaking in the last moments of Tanzania’s incredible wildlife and landscapes. Spend the morning tracking more wildlife—perhaps a final glimpse of elephants under the towering baobab trees or a pride of lions lounging in the grass. After your safari, exit the park and begin your journey back to Arusha, taking in the scenic countryside along the way.
Upon arrival, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel, or if you’re continuing your adventure, transferred directly to the airport for your international flight or domestic connection to Zanzibar for a relaxing beach extension. This marks the end of an unforgettable safari experience, filled with wildlife encounters, rich cultures, and breathtaking landscapes.
