At Olkerian Africa Safari Ltd, we are committed to ensuring transparent, fair, and reliable financial practices for all our clients and partners. Our financial policy is designed to protect your investment while enabling us to deliver exceptional travel experiences across East Africa.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure accommodations, permits, and essential services. This deposit is applied toward your total safari cost and must be paid via bank transfer or approved electronic payment methods. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival to allow us to fully confirm all logistical arrangements. Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and may vary based on season, availability, or changes in government taxes and park fees. Olkerian Africa Safari Ltd reserves the right to adjust rates accordingly, but any changes will be communicated promptly.

Payments made to Olkerian Africa Safari Ltd are protected and handled confidentially. We do not store sensitive banking information, and all transactions follow international security standards.
